WHAT: The FT72C TuffGuard protective backboard pad is a bolt-on style that easily mounts to most glass backboards. The cellular pad construction has a skin minimum thickness of .06″ and 125 psi. A steel track molded into the padding provides the rigidity and strength to attach to the backboard with 8 bolts in two L-shaped padding segments with molded-in goal relief, joined in the center with two molded line-up stubs and center pin connectors.
Meets all competition requirements of the NCAA, NFHS and International requirements of FIBA. The pads are available in 16 standard colors (Gray, Brick Red, Scarlet, Maroon, Royal Blue, Navy Blue, Columbia Blue, Kelly Green, Forest Green, Orange, Sienna Orange, Black, Brown, Purple, Gold, and Desert Gold).
